Shipping policy
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to eligible addresses within United Kingdom.
We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages is prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where delivery restrictions apply.
Age Verification
Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased by and delivered to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal drinking age in the delivery jurisdiction).
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
Our delivery partners may require proof of age upon delivery. Acceptable identification may include a valid passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification.
Orders cannot be released to anyone who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and approved.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are for guidance only.
While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Adverse weather conditions
- Regulatory inspections
- Public holidays
- High seasonal demand
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any applicable delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the delivery issue is caused by our error.
Signature Requirements
All alcohol deliveries require receipt by an adult of legal drinking age.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Deliveries cannot be left in a safe place, with minors, or in circumstances that prevent age verification.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- No eligible adult is available to receive the order;
- Age verification cannot be completed;
- An incorrect address was provided;
- The order is refused by the recipient;
the shipment may be returned to us.
Where permitted by law, refunds for returned orders may be reduced by:
- Original shipping costs;
- Return shipping costs;
- Carrier handling fees;
- Any applicable restocking charges.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided in your order.
Ownership of products remains with us until full payment has been received.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with investigation and resolution, please provide:
- Your order number;
- Photographs of the packaging;
- Photographs of the affected product(s).
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Delivery Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit shipments where required by law, licensing requirements, carrier policies, or regulatory restrictions.
