Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your Eco Gin. This policy explains how to cancel an order, return a bottle and get a refund. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

14-day returns on sealed bottles

You can cancel your order and return any unopened bottle for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Bottles must be returned sealed, unopened and in their original condition.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of bottles that have been opened or had their seal broken, unless they are faulty (see below).

Free returns

Returns are free. To start a return, email ciara@ecogin.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid returns label and packing instructions. Please send the bottles back within 14 days of telling us, and pack them securely so they arrive undamaged.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the returned items, plus the standard delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the bottles back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them, if sooner).

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email ciara@ecogin.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. This helps us resolve things quickly with our courier.

If you report a faulty or incorrect item within 30 days of delivery, you can choose a full refund or a replacement. After 30 days, we will offer a replacement or, if that is not possible, a refund. We cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Failed deliveries

Alcohol must be received by an adult aged 18 or over, and our courier may ask for ID. If an order comes back to us because no adult was available, ID could not be verified, the address was incorrect or the delivery was refused, we will refund the price of the goods. We may deduct the original delivery charge and the cost of returning the parcel to us.
