Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been dispatched, except where items are damaged, defective, or supplied in error.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund where appropriate.
Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failure to provide an adult signature, or refusal of delivery may be subject to return shipping and handling charges. Any refund issued will be reduced by these costs.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
